- Your phone / WhatsApp number — which you enter yourself, so we can send your report and follow up.
- Your answers to the short questions in the tool (such as approximate ad spend and whether you track calls), used to produce your estimate.
- Any files you upload (for example a Google Ads report), used only to prepare your diagnostic.
How we use your information
- To generate your diagnostic result and prepare a more detailed report.
- To contact you — by WhatsApp, email or phone — about your result and how we can help.
- To improve our tools and services.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
- We do not post anything to your Google account or social media.
- Signing in with Google does not give us access to your Google Ads, Gmail, Drive or any other account — only your basic profile (name, email, picture).
Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the minimum profile scopes (name, email, profile picture) needed to identify you and send your report.
How your data is stored
Submissions are stored securely in our own Google Workspace (Sheets and Drive), accessible only to authorised members of our team. We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you, and you may ask us to delete it at any time.
Sharing
We use trusted service providers (such as Google Workspace) to operate our tools. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not otherwise share your information.
Your choices
- You can decline to sign in or submit any form — the choice is always yours.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us.
- You can revoke Google sign-in access anytime from your Google Account permissions.
